What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made more than 30 days before the service date receive a full refund. Cancellations within30 days of the service date receive a 50% refund. Same-day cancellations are non-refundable.
Do you offer refunds for no-shows?
No. Failure to arrive at the agreed meeting point or departure time without prior notice is considered ano-show and is non-refundable.
Can I get a refund once the service has started?
No. Once the service or equipment has been received and accepted and the delivery note or agreementsigned, no refunds are issued for any reason.
What happens if I return equipment early?
Early returns do not qualify for a refund. The full booking amount remains payable once the service hascommenced.
What happens if it rains?
Bicycle rentals and guided tours operate in most weather conditions, including light rain. Only extreme orunsafe weather may result in rescheduling or cancellation at management discretion.
What happens if weather conditions are unsafe for boat excursions?
If TAI Rentals cancels a boat excursion due to unsafe conditions, guests may reschedule or receive a full refund.
Is the L’Union Estate entrance fee included in guided bicycle tours?
Yes. The L’Union Estate entrance fee is included in the guided bicycle tour unless stated otherwise atbooking.
Am I responsible for damages to rented equipment?
Yes. Guests are responsible for any loss, theft, damage, or misuse of rented bicycles or buggies.
What happens if equipment is damaged during my rental?
Repair or replacement costs may apply. Early termination due to damage does not qualify for a refund.

Can TAI Rentals refuse or stop a service?
Yes. For safety reasons, TAI Rentals may refuse or terminate a service without refund if guests actunsafely or disregard instructions.
Can I reschedule my booking?
Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and approval and remain subject to the originalcancellation terms.
How long do refunds take to process?
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method. Processing times depend on banks andpayment providers.
What happens in case of force majeure events?
TAI Rentals is not responsible for disruptions caused by events beyond reasonable control. Reschedulingor refunds may be offered at management discretion.
Do I need to sign anything before the service?
Yes. Guests must sign a delivery note, rental agreement, or tour acceptance form before receivingequipment or participating.
What am I agreeing to when I book?
By booking, you agree to TAI Rentals’ policies, safety rules, and responsibility for rented equipment.
